Tilda, the Hidden and Borderless terminal

January 22, 2007 – 6:47 pm

A friend of mine told about this terminal, i think its useful, so I decided to share it :)

Tilda is a terminal with no border and is hidden until a key is pressed, then it reveals it self in the configured position. Press the key combination again and it hides.

You can configure the font, size of the window, and some other options.

2 screenshots with Tilda un-hidden:

To make it start automaticly, just add it to your session in:

System - Preferences - Sessions - Startup Programs.
