For Ubuntu users that would like to get a preview of the new Inkscape, here is a development snapshot of SVN HEAD, as of Jan 4th: Inkscape 0.46~svn20080104 for Gutsy, and Inkscape 0.46~svn20080104 for Hardy.

Lots of changes since the last Stable, one of them is Speed! for example, exporting to PNG is much more faster! and memory usage is better

Give it a test , and if you find bugs, why not help the project and submit them here.

cd ubuntu-desktop-course

Create the PDF:
