avant-window-navigator

Created by njpatel, Avant Window Navgator (Awn) is a fully customizable dock-like bar which sits at the bottom of the screen tracking open windows for GNOME.

It uses composited to apper (that means you have to have Beryl or Compiz active for it to work) and libwnck to show open windows, and behaves exactly like a normal window-list. It looks nice and simple, and you can change its look in the Preferences.

Bits not the first Dock to appear, but it looks nice and takes advantage of composite.
